Can you tell me how you have the forumsemail gateway configured? We&#039;re doing the same thing with Jive+MailMan, but I&#039;m frustrated by the fact that all forums emails appear to come from forums@atlassian.com instead of the author. Now, I know this is a setting, but the problem comes from the fact that a forum member is not necesarily subscribed to the mailing list, and if Jive tries to send an email as the non-subscribed user, it would bounce. The only way around this that we found was to subscribe the forums@atlassian.com user and make sure all Jive emails came from it. Do you have a better solution?
